I live at 48 alderman’s drive. the room 3 has been very loud late at night for many nights and it’s getting bad. i try to knock on the door to let them know, but they do not answer. im not sure what to do now. i would like to keep this anonymous i dont want issues at home
Water damage has affected the ceiling and part of the wall due to a leak that developed today.
The washer has been doing this since when we moved in
The kitchen ceiling light has stopped working. I replaced the bulb, but it is still not working.
The common toilet flush is not working properly.
Storage heater stopped working last October still nobody has come to check it out spoke to Graham a few weeks ago was told he would tell electrical fitter. Was very expensive last winter .
Storage heater has not worked for a year now
Oven door has shattered. Reported prior that one of the cooker turned the whole sockets in the house off. Now the oven door has shattered. However the inner glass is still intact.
11 West Parade. The Hot water is not running and we are unable to take our shower and we have to go to work. This needs to be fixed immediately. We are grateful for your swift response to this matter.
Dear Fixc Lettings, I’m writing to report an urgent issue with a broken pipe from the bathroom. When someone is bathing, the water is not draining properly and is instead flowing out into the garden and into the neighbours’ garden. I’ve attached a picture showing the issue. Please could you arrange for someone to come and repair this as soon as possible, as it is causing water to flow where it shouldn’t. I would appreciate this being treated as urgent. There are cracks that have developed along the window seal.

Back door will not close or lock
There are several large areas of visible cracks because of preavious water damage. The damage is getting worse and some of the ceiling surface appears loose. I’m concerned that the damaged plaster may become unsafe.
The chain got separated from the blind fold. But the chain is okay. It's not broken.

Dear Sir/Madam, I wanted to get in touch regarding a few maintenance and garden-related issues at the property - 125 Mayors Walk, PE3 6EZ. Firstly, some large rubbish has been dumped in our garden (photo attached). Unfortunately, this includes electrical items and a battery, which are currently exposed to the rain and may be unsafe if left outside. Would it be possible for someone to collect these items and dispose of them appropriately, please? We would also like to request a garden waste bin, if possible. The garden grows quite quickly during the summer months, so we regularly have grass cuttings and other garden waste to dispose of and currently have no suitable bin for this. There are also a few maintenance issues inside the property that we would appreciate some help with: Three light bulbs in my room (Room 3) are not working properly. One or two of the lights in the kitchen frequently flicker. After we had issues with the heating earlier in the spring, the heating/hot water controller that was mounted on the wall near the kitchen was removed. It was never returned or replaced, so we currently have no way of properly controlling the heating. This is particularly noticeable at the moment, as the bathroom heaters are still coming on even when the outside temperature is around 30°C. Dear [Letting Agency / Landlord], I am writing to report a serious water leak at the property. Approximately 20 litres of water are being lost every hour. We informed you about this problem around one year ago, but unfortunately no repairs have been carried out. We have now received a letter from the water company confirming that there is a water leak, and they have informed us that our water charges will increase by £994 per year because of this issue. This leak is not our fault, and we have already reported it previously. I therefore ask that you arrange urgent repairs as soon as possible. If no action is taken regarding this water leak, I will have no choice but to contact the council, as I have already warned about this problem before. Please confirm when a contractor will attend the property to inspect and repair the leak.
The fence at the bottom of the garden is falling down
The neighbours have commented on the overgrown brambles out front and its going past the fence on the side so she is having issues getting in and out.
My electrical shower unit has stopped regulating temperature on all modes on Sunday. May need replacing as its been here since before I was in the property. Currently on "econ" mode it cycles through it's full range of hot and cold temps just letting it run on the same temp setting whilst the dedicated Hot mode stays fully scalding and hasn't operated properly for a long while now. Could do with a visit from Wednesday 15/07 ideally. Picture of the unit attached for reference. Top dial is the wrong way around but ignore that 😊
Back garden gate and fence panel to the right is rotten and rusted, gate is hanging on by a thread and will come down next time it's windy. I need to use the deadbolt just to keep it closed
The boiler works intermittently. Even if it works, in the middle of a shower it will stop producing hot water. It shows fault sign with flashing red light.
The garden bed has collapsed as a result of old age and general wear and tear. It now poses a safety hazard and requires urgent removal.
TEST
Radiator in bedroom 2 not heating up. All other radiators working fine. May need bleeding or valve replacement.
Kitchen sink is leaking underneath the cabinet. Water pooling on the floor. Temporary fix with bucket but needs repair.
